Wash all Dal's and soak it seperately for 4 to 5 hrs. Mainly depending on Dal's. Except Arhar and Moong (with out Skin) for only 1 hr's. Now drain all water and grind it by adding little water to it and make a fine paste.

Now turn on the gas place a pan there add 1 Tablespoon of oil and add all chopped vegetables by adding little salt and saute it for 5 min in low and medium flame and cover the lid. Now bring it out.

On the same burner place a Dosa tawa and add little oil and start making Chilla. Round....and round with 2 ladle full of batter. Make round shape cook it for 1 to 2 mins and then flip it to other side and once that side done then add some saute vegetables. Then repet the same process with the other in making Chilla. Then enjoy it with Tomato ketchup or any Chutney. I have served this with Coconut and Peanuts Chutney. Then Enjoy.
