Seen this recipe on social media, I didn’t know that this is a thing lol! I had some leftover meatballs from my meatball pizza, so I thought I’d give this a try something different other than meatball subs or in a pasta... plus there’s is veggies in this for the kids.... good for soup and salad night (everyone seemed to like it and asked for me. I didn’t think this would be a hit in my house hold , but it was I had none left, I was surprised.) I added some seasoning not in the recipe I do recommend using your favorite seasoning.

Quick, comforting, loaded with veggies, bursting with flavor ❤️Took inspiration from a Hungarian meatball soup I saw online.

Some small modifications from the Mediterranean dish recipe online. More garlic, a little less meat, and a little less pasta, and a little time for the flavors to marinate. Yum.

Here in New York, it's winter and we're going through a serious cold snap. So, a good soup really hits the spot this time of year. Honestly, I enjoy soup all year round.

This would have been great with carrot, onion, and celery sautéed with the garlic but I didn’t have any and I’m stuck in the house!I pulled a pack of meat out of the freezer that said it was “hamburger meat” (venison) but it turned out to be sausage (no clue what spices were in it) which was great!

I love eating soup, but sometimes when I don't have time to simmer bones, cooking with ground meat is quick and still delicious.

Only having one pot to clean and also Having a meal that will taste even better! Only if you can't finish all of it
