Take bowl and some maida/flour,salt,coram seed and ghee mix it well

Add water and knead a little hard dough cover it with wet cloth leave it for 15 min

Now add oil, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, crushed coriander seed, green chilies fry it for a minute add chili powder, garam masala mix it well add mashed potatoes mix it well on medium heat add salt and handful coriander mix it

Now take prepared dough and knead a little

Take a small portion and roll it

Roll it thin cut it square shape add the filling apply water all over the dough

Roll it tightly up to half use the knife and make cut all over roll it and join the end use the small piece of dough and seal it

Drop it in hot oil on low heat fry it on loe heat until it comes up

Now fry it on low medium heat until it turns golden brown

Ring samosas are ready
