Now take a iron wok add oil, let it get heated, now add jeera, coriander seeds powder and fry it then add chopped green chillies, little salt, red chilli powder and mix it. Now add Chana and reaming water boil it for 15 minutes. Now Chana colour turned black.

Chana is ready to serve serve it with puri.
