Roast peanuts for 5 min after peeling wrapper of it.

Grind in a mixture make fine paste of it. Add salt according to the taste.

Take a pan put oil in it then put mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry red chilli then add peanuts paste in it. your peanut chutney is ready. enjoy with paranta, idli.
