  • 3eggs
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1Chopped onion big
  • 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  • As per taste Salt and sugar
  • 1 tspKashmiri red chili powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the eggs and peel off the cover. Saute lightly

  2. 2

    Heat oil, add chopped onion, fry until golden brown, then add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt

  3. 3

    Let the masala form. Then add Kashmiri red chilli powder.

  4. 4

    Add 1 cup hot water. Stir well. Add the boiled eggs. Serve hot
