Fried Carrot paste
Steps

Peel off and Grate carrot. In a mixing jar add carrot and green chillies. Make coarse paste.

Add 1.5 tbsp oil to pan. Add dry chiili and kalonji. Saute for 10 seconds. Add garlic. Saute for 40 seconds.

Add carrot chilli paste. Add salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder. Saute in low flame for 8 minutes. Add 1/2 tsp oil and mix. Put off the flame. Serve with steamed rice.
