Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate your chicken and leave it to stay for some minutes

  2. 2

    In a bowl,mix flour,seasonings and spices,scotched bonnet and garlic paste.

  3. 3

    Deep your marinated chicken pieces in the flour and coat

  4. 4

    Deep fry in a low heat

  5. 5

    Serve warm.
