Capsicum masala gravy
Steps

Take medium size onion, tomato and green chili in a grinding jar and make a paste.

Take a small onion and capsicum, cut them into big cubes.

Take a pan add oil and add onion and capsicum and fry them till they tern soft, shift them in plate.

Take a pan add oil heat it and add clove, black pepper, hing jeera then add onion paste and ginger-garlic paste and fry it.

Add turmeric, coriander powder, sabji masala, garam masala and salt to the mixture and fry it till they release oil.

Add fried onion and capsicum to the mixture add water and boil it then tern off the flame and serve it with roti or parantha.
