Steps

Mix all flour in a bowl and add 4-5 spoon refined oil and 1/2 spoon salt. Mix well

Add water very little to make tight dough... apply few drops of oil on dough and keep aside for 20 minutes

Make small round shapes. You can use a small sharp round lid to make small puris

Cover all in a wet cloth and heat oil on high flame

Deep fry all puries and turn them quickly for perfect puries

Serve with gol gappa water as per your taste
