Steps

Grind soaked lentils, green chilli, ginger together. Put water in between to make fine paste.

Take out in a bowl and add salt a little

Heat up oil, then make small balls from the batter and put in pan. Keep the high flame for 1 minute then cook on medium flame. Balls will get cooked from inside properly

Now prepare sweet sauce.. add tamarind and jaggery in a pan then add water. Mix well on medium flame.. let it thick and removes seeds from it

Add some ginger powder, chilli powder, and a pinch of salt.. cook for 1 minute more and remove from flame

You can soak bhalla's in warm water for making more soft..

Squeeze bhalla, put in a bowl, add curd (must add sugar in curd). Homemade sweet chutney and sprinkle some salt, roasted cumin seeds powder, chilli powder..

You can garnish with pomegranate, namkeen as per your taste
