In a bowl, mix grated potato, grated yam, mint, coriander, green chilli, ginger paste, chaat masala, amchoor powder, garam masala, coriander, cumin and coriander powder, turmeric, sugar,salt and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Now add wheat flour, chickpea flour and oil and mix. Add water as required and knead and make the dough.

Now roll Thepla and roast on tawa both sides till becomes brown with oil. Take it in a serving plate and serve with yoghurt.
