Cauliflower balls: (Gobhi ke Kofte)

Wash cauliflower florets and dry well.
Grate cauliflower florets in a bowl and add all ingredients then mix well. Do not add any water because cauliflower has lots of their own water so mix well until it becomes like a soft dough.
Grease your hands with oil and make 12 equal sized balls then set a side. - 2
Take a nonstick pan, add oil and shallow fry all balls till nice and golden brown on all sides. Fry cauliflowers balls in batches.
Take them out on kitchen paper towel to wipe off excess oil.
Serve with salad and your favourite dip.
