Jannahs saudi spice blend
this my personal spice blend i learnt on my travels across the middle east ots so frangrant and versatile and so easy to make #mycookbook
Steps

Put a pan on a medium heat and add the spices except the turmeric and remove the seeds from the lime other wise the spice will be sour to taste

Toast the spices for 10 to 15 mins untill they become fragrant and brown dont burn them

Leave the spices to cook and then in a coffee grinder or pestle and mortar grind to a find powder
- 4
Once grinded using a sieve

Sieve the mixture add the turmeric and mix together and then store into a air tight jar
- 6
This spice can be used for the saudi mandi recipes you can use as. marinade for meats add to samosas its has endless uses
