Sela rice ko 12 hrs ke liye pani me over night soaked kar dein.

Next day ik pan me ghee le kar dry fruits ko fry karlen. phir isay ik taraf kar ke rakh dein.

Ik pot me soaked rice ka pani strain kar ke new pani me boil kar lein.is pani me food color b add karden. jab rice ik kani reh jaye to pani drain karlen.

Ab rice ko medium to high flame per rakhte hoye us me cheeni add krte jayen yahan take ke cheeni melt hone lage.

Upar se elaichi powder b add karden. aur 1/2 cup khoya add kar dein.

Ab jo dry nuts ghee me fry kiye thy uska tarka rice par upar se laga dein. sath me rose water essence b dal dein aut pateelay ko halki anch par dam par rakh dein.

10 min ke bad ap ka rangeen zarda ready ho ga..sweet, dry nuts,khoya se topping kar lein. Enjoy !
