Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl and set aside.

Mix all other ingredients in a medium sized bowl.

Gradually add med. bowl ingredients in to large bowl while stirring.

Add in 1/2 c. chopped nuts & 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Spoon on to cookie sheet.

Bake for 9 1/2 mins. at 375 degrees. (Slightly undercook for best results)
