Ingredients

  1. 1/4 lb.prosciutto, chopped
  2. 1/4 lb.hard salami, chopped
  3. 1/4 lb.capicola (or other ham), chopped
  4. 1/4 lb.pepperoni, chopped
  5. 1/4 lb.provolone cheese, chopped
  6. 1ripe tomato, diced
  7. 1small red onion, diced
  8. 1/2 headiceberg lettuce, shredded
  9. 1/4 cuphot pepper hoagie spread, or a few pepperoncini, sliced
  10. 3 Tbs.dried oregano
  11. 1 cupmayonnaise
  12. 2 Tbs.olive oil
  13. 1 loafround bread, any kind

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop all lunchmeat and cheese into small bite-size pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Dice the tomato and onion and add to the mixing bowl.

  3. 3

    Shred the lettuce and add to the bowl.

  4. 4

    Add the hoagie spread or sliced pepperoncini and mix well.

  5. 5

    Gradually add in the dried oregano and mix well.

  6. 6

    In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise and olive oil until creamy and add it to the ingredients and mix well.

  7. 7

    Cut out the center of the round bread to form a bowl and fill with the dip. Break up the excess pieces of bread and place around the bread bowl for dipping.
