Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 2 bowlsoaked white channa(chickpeas)
  2. as neededOil for frying
  3. 1 spoonsalt
  4. 1/2 spooncumin/jeera powder
  5. 1 spoonamchor (dry mango)powder
  6. 1/2 spoonchaat masala

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry soaked chana with cover it plate in oil otherwise it spread out.

  2. 2

    Let it at normal temperature. Mix all masala ingredients in chana. Mix it well

  3. 3

    Serve it with tea or as snakes.
