Wash Chana and soak overnight. In morning boil it.

Take a wok add oil heat add cumin, bay leaf stir it. Add garlic ginger paste, onion puree saute till them light brown.Add tomato puree cook till it leaves oil.

Add all dry spices stir then add boiled chana cook it on low flame for 5 mins.

Ready to serve.
