  • 2 bowlsoaked white channa(chickpeas)
  • as neededOil for frying
  • 1 spoonsalt
  • 1/2 spooncumin/jeera powder
  • 1 spoonamchor (dry mango)powder
  • 1/2 spoonchaat masala

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry soaked chana with cover it plate in oil otherwise it spread out.

    Let it at normal temperature. Mix all masala ingredients in chana. Mix it well
