In mixing bowl add besan, turmeric powder, green chillies, ginger paste,salt to taste. Mix well.

Add curd to besan mixture. Mix well and make lump free dhokla batter.

Heat water in cooker/ idli steamer. Grease idli plates/ moulds with oil. Add eno salt & 2 tsp oil to prepare besan batter. Mix well. Put 1-2 tbsp of besan batter in each greased idli moulds.

Place in pressure cooker or Idli steamer. Close with lid without whistles. Steam for 15 minutes. Let the steam escape before opening the lid.

Heat oil in tadka pan. Add mustard seeds as splutter add curry leaves and chopped green chillies pieces. Pour this tadka on each Idli dhokla.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Idli dhoklas with coriander-mint chutney.
