we are adding coriander and carrot puree and we are making it more healthier
Steps

Divide the idli batter into 3 portions and add carrot puree beetroot puree in two portions and mix well
- 2
Now apply ghee in idli plates. And add the batter to your likings. place the idli plate inside the vessel, let it steam for 10 to 15 minutes.

Once it's cooked switch off remove from plates and serve hot.
