Take one cup rava and add spinach purée mix and make a smooth dough by kneading thoroughly.you can gradually add some drops of water or purée if the dough is not coming together

It has to be a smooth dough. Smoothen it with the heels of your palm.now roll small portions cut in small pieces and taper the tips

With the help of a bread knife pull out the middle part and spread it to make a leaf

Keep these beauties in a plate smeared with oil

Now boil the prepared leaves of pasta in boiling water and few drops of oil for 3 to 5 min. Strain and keep aside to cool down sprinkle some oil if needed so it doesn’t stick to each other.

Now make the white sauce for this. Heat some butter and fry chopped onion after a while add capsicum corn kernels and carrot. Keep it aside once done

Now take some butter and roast one tbsp maida add milk and boil till it becomes a uniform creamy paste. Add salt to taste crushed black pepper red chilli flakes mixed herbs cheddar cheese and the fried chopped vegetables.

Tip in the pasta and just mix slightly heat for two min and switch off the gas.
