Take 2 cups of oats, powder the oat in a blender jar and add it to a mixing bowl.Now add besan in it.

Than add cumin seeds, carom seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt,chopped green chilli, chopped onion.

Than add grated carrot and chopped coriander leaves Mix well,pour water as needed and make a batter that is not very thin or thick

Make oats chilla Heat a tawa and grease with oil,pour 2 ladle of batter.Spread it gently to a slightly thin pancake and drizzle oil around the edges when cooked, flip it and cook on the other side as well.

Make sure the oats chilla get cooked well and brown spots are seen. Repeat making the rest. Serve oat chilla with chutney or ketchup.
