Ingredients

40 minutes
4 servings
  • 1/4 cup Rice
  • 1/2 litremilk
  • 1/4 teaspooncardamom powder
  • 1/3 cupsugar
  • 4-6saffron strands
  • 1/2 cupdry fruits
  • 1 tablespoonghee

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the rice 3-4 times. Add ghee in the rice.

  2. 2

    Boil the milk, cardamon, rice, continue stirring, saffron.
    Cook nicely untill rice gets completely cooked.

  3. 3

    Turn off the flame.
    Add sugar and dry fruits.
