Steps

First add oil in pan,after the oil heats up then add kalanji and dry red chilli,then add potato and borboti

Now add chopped onion and salt, Turmeric powder
- 3
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder.. stir for a while and add little amount of water

Then cover the lid for 1 minute

Now open the lid and add the paste of poppy seed,stir for a while
- 6
Then again the cover the lid for 1 minute...then open the lid and add kashundi (mustard sauce) and few drops of mustard oil to enhance the flavour

Then cover the lid and put it on standing time for 1-2 minute

Now it's all ready to serve with steamed rice
