2tbp chopped onion
1/2green chilli chopped
1 tspcoriander chopped
1/2 tspRed chilli powder
to tasteSalt
1/2tbp Milk

In a bowl add egg, red chilli powder, salt. Mix well and add all the vegetables.

Add milk and mix again.

Fry in 1 tbp of hot oil/ghee until turns brown on both sides.
