After 20 min pan ma se nikaal ke channe KO side Pe rakhde Thanda hone ke lia.

Aik bowl ma cornflour,maida,baking powder or salt add kar ke achi tarah mix karle.

Jab potato thande hojai to us KO maida or cornflour ma mix karle achi tarah.

Aik Karahi ma oil garam karle or phir thore thore fries daal ke fry karle.

Mazedaar fries tayyar.

Decorate with ketchup,Chaat masala and mayonnaise.
