Steps

Add oil in a pan and add thin sliced onions let them golden brown and add ginger garlic paste

Then add beef and broil for 5 mints then add cubes of tomatoes and simmer for 10 mints then add red chilli powder, coriander and turmeric powder and broil for 5 mints then when oil comes upward add beaten yougert and again broil for 10 mints

Then add 3 glass of water and cover until meat tenderize

Then when meat tenderize add arvi in it and salt and Garam masala powder in it and further cook until arvi tenderize add almost 2 to 3 glass of water as well for gravy and when arvi was done then shut the stove garnish coriander and serve......
