First boil the corn kernels

Chop all the vegetables very fine...use chopper

Heat oil in a pan

Add garlic ginger chilli and sauté for a minute

Then add only onion part and cook for a while

Add all other vegetables and sauté it on high flame for 3-4mins.

Add salt and black pepper powder

In a bowl add 1tbsp corn flour with 3-4tbsp water and mix

Add 3cups of water to the veggie mix..

Add boiled corns and corn flour mix....mix well.

Let it boil for sometime or say around 5-7mins

It is ready...garnish with green part of spring onion and serve hot.

While serving you can add vinegar soya sauce etc for better taste

Add more corn flour if you want thick consistency.
