Egg Cheese Paratha with curd

Prepare dough with atta, oil, salt & made two lechis. Beat the eggs in one bowl, add salt, chopped onion, chopped green chillies & grated cheese.

Roll the lechis into round/square shape. Then put it on hot tawa. Flip the other side. Apply slight oil on both sides. Then put half of the mixture prepared (egg & other ingredients) as above.

Spread round cut tomato pieces on the top once the Paratha is cooked.

Whisk the curd, add red chilli powder & salt.This is to serve with Paratha.
