It’s Turkish delight,very tasty dessert,normally it’s made with phyllo sheet(pic one is made from phyllo sheet)but I am sharing today easy method using samosa Patti which is easily available in the market

Making of syrup: In a thick bottom pan take water, sugar and heat it to form a sticky syrup, add honey, cinnamon powder and lemon juice, mix all and turn off the flame.

Now in a baking tin apply butter at base spread samosa Patti on it, again apply butter and spread samosa Patti on it, repeat this process to form at least five/ seven layers then spread dry fruit, place a samosa patti on it and again repeat the process of applying butter and placing samosa Patti to form five/seven layers, just before putting it into oven cut it into the desired shape (square/diamond).

Now pre heat oven at 180 degree and put it for baking for at least 25 mins or till it appears golden in colour.

Once baked take out pour sugar syrup and garnish with pistachio flakes, take out when cool and the baklava is ready.
