Take an idli cooker, pour some water and bring it to boil. Now grease the small idli plate with some oil.

Now the other side, take a bowl of idli better to make a small(coin) idli. Add salt to taste, 1 teaspoon oil, 1teaspoon chili flexes and stir continuously to get a frothy texture.

Now pour the batter in small idli plate and let it steam for 5 to 7 minutes.

Next take curd, add sugar salt to taste, beetroot pulp and mixed the mixture well.Now add coin (small) idli in this curd mixture.

Garnish it with pomegranate and red chilli flakes.

So our purple idli raita is ready to eat.
