Cut the aubergines into chunks. Mix all the spices and marinade them for 15mins.

Now heat a pan and pour oil. Keep the flame on medium. Put all the marinated aubergine in. Cover with the lid and put the lid on medium to low. Fry the both side. When they will get bit soft and turn dark colour remove them from the pan.

Chop the onion in thin slices. Fry them in the same oil. Add the green chillies. Cut the chillies in half. Serve them with rice or bread 😊
