A guilt free healthy Yoghurt and Chicken Kabab recipe by Sumreen Farooq. Try them and enjoy guilt free.
Steps

In bowl,place lawn or muslin cloth.Add yoghurt and bring the edges of cloth together,tie a knot and hang it for 4-6 hours or until it drained out completely.

In a pan add Water, Soya sauce, Vinegar, pinch of salt and boneless chicken boiled and shredded.

In bowl,add shredded chicken,hanged curd,breadcrumbs(homemade),fresh coriander,green chili crushed,ginger&garlic paste,onion,salt,red chili powder,black pepper powder, roasted crushed coriander, garam masala powder,cumin seeds and mix well.

Beat egg, pinch of salt and pinch of pepper in small bowl until blended.

Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make kababs of equal sizes (makes 10) then coat in egg and breadcrumbs.

In frying pan,add oil and fry kababs from both sides until golden brown.

Now kababs ready serve hot with ketchup and tea.
