  • 100 gmsUnsalted butter
  • 3 tbspSugar
  • 100 mlFresh cream
  • 400 gmsSweet condensed milk
  • 2 tbspLime juice

    First layer

    Powder the biscuits with a roller.mix it with butter & sugar.mix it thoroughly with a spoon.place it in the pudding mould.press it evenly on all sides.refrigerate it 5 min.

    Beat the fresh cream.mix it with sweet condensed milk.beat it again.then add lime juice slowly and mix it thoroughly.transfer it on the biscuit mix.keep it in the freezer 15 min.

    Decorate it with chocolate ganache.
