Jab piyaz, garlic or ginger paste light brown hojaye usmai apny chopped tomatoes or sary masaly dal ke achi tarha bhunai karni ha

Jab masala tyar hojaye phr apny usmai boil Mutton dal ke 1 cup yakhni dalni ha jo Mutton wali yakhni nikly ghee or dam par rakh dena ha

Jab apny dam se utarni ha karai toh usmai Green chilli or hara dhanya dal ke serve kar dena ha
