In a large bowl add water to boil. When water start boil add 1tsp of oil if your choice. Add half spoon of salt

After first boil add pasta and cook for 10 minutes or till pasta soft whichever is earlier.

Till this process rinse and chopped the all veggies in long shape. Even chopping is necessary.

Add half spoon of oil with 3 tsp of butter. Only butter in pan burn rapidly.

Add onion first after 2 minutes of saute add half spoon ginger garlic paste. Adding ginger garlic paste with oil spoil the flavour. Cook them for 2 minutes. Add capsicum

Add little bit of salt it increase the cooking process when all veggies with butter 75% cooked. Add boiled pasta.

Before adding pasta make sure it is washed with cold water to avoid stickness of pasta. Mash all ingredients with pasta.

After 2 min add salt black Pepper red chilli as per your taste. Take half bowl of Mayo leave 2 - 3 tsp add remaining. Mix it with pasta very well.

Add all herbs oregane, pasta in pasta mix them. For remaining Mayo add 3 - 4 tsp of tomato Ketchup mix it with remaining Mayo. Add this in your pasta to enhance natural sweetness and balance the all spice.
