Fry the onions,add the ginger and garlic paste

Add spices then potatoes let it cook for 2 mins on low heat to absorb the flavours

Add the chopped carrots and hoho.

Cook for 5 mins add the grated tomatoes and soy sauce

Finally add the preboiled peas and cook until the potatoes are soft but not mushy.

Serve with chapos or rice
