In a bowl add milk powder,maida, baking powder and ghee and mix well.

Add milk little by little to make a soft dough. And let it rest.

Now make small small balls.

Deep fry the balls in ghee on slow flame till it is golden brown.

In another pan or kadai make sugar syrup with sugar, water and add cardamon to it.

Put the fried balls in sugar syrup for at least 20 mins.

It will become double in size.

Your gulab jamuns are ready. Serve hot.
