Cut boiled eggs. Remove the yellow part.

Now cut the white part of eggs into small pieces and put into a bowl.

Add chopped curry leaves,1 tbsp black pepper,1 tsp cumin powder,salt as per taste,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,1 tbsp red chili powder,1/2 cup yoghurt,1/4 cup Gram Flour,1/2 cup rice flour and mix it well.

Keep it for 10 mins.

Take a pan and heat the oil.

Put the mixture like small Pakora into the oil and fry it until it looks golden brown in colour.(must put the gass in medium flame)

Remove from the pan and keep it.

Now take a pan,heat little bit oil and put chopped garlic.

Then add 10-12 curry leaves, 3-4 cashew nuts,7-8 Raisins,green chillies,2 tbsp Tomato sauce,2 tsp Soya sauce and 1 tbsp Shejwan sauce.

Mix together well.Add salt if needed.

Then add the fried egg balls and mix it well coated.

Serve it hot and enjoy it.
