6-8 servings

68 gramsCocoa powder
100 gramsSugar
100 gramsbutter
3Eggs
1 teaspoonVanilla essence
1/2 teaspoonstrawberry essence
100 gramsAll-purpose flour
Dash salt
as requiredChocolate chips
handfulWalnuts
as requiredPowdered sugar for garnishing

Sift all dry ingredients then warm the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds in that add sugar whisk it well next add in both the essence & crack eggs one after the other slightly whisk it then add in all dry ingredients stir roughly to make a batter then drop chocolate chips & walnuts tap a bit to remove the air.

Now pop it in microwave for 4 minutes first, then bring it out after a moment again pop it in microwave for 3 minutes & it’s ready. Once it has come to room temperature garnish with powder sugar.

Then cut it in squares to the cut little chocolate walnut brownies.

You can also store them in air tight container for a week warm it while you eat can also enjoy with a scoop of ice cream.
