Steps

Peel and wash the potatoes,cut green chilli,onion and dhania in small pieces, grid the ginger and garlic

Cut them into round slices

In a bowl add gram flour,green chilli, dhania, onion, ginger,garlic,egg yellow, baking powder and curry powder add salt add water to form a paste

Add the potatoes slices and let them settle for 10 minutes in the min time heat oil to deep-fry. Deep fry in oil till evenly cooked.

When ready drain on paper towel and serve hot with tomato paste.
