Steps

Soak Urad Daal overnight and grind into thick batter.

In a pan take oil to deep fry.
- 3
Take small portion of batter and flat it on your palm making hole in the middle.

In to the piping hot oil drop one by one and fry on medium flame.
- 5
When they turned out golden in colour remove from oil and serve hot.
