Fried chicken is one of the most popular snack or appetizer now a days. Children are crazy to have some fried chicken any time. Today I am sharing a very delicious, easy and quick fried chicken recipe that you can make anytime for your kids and family.

Fried chicken is one of the most popular snack or appetizer now a days. Children are crazy to have some fried chicken any time. Today I am sharing a very delicious, easy and quick fried chicken recipe that you can make anytime for your kids and family.
Steps

In a mixing bowl, mix together 1 egg, ginger-garlic paste, cornflour,chilli powder, oregano, lemon juice,/vinegar,salt and freshly grounded black pepper.

Mix everything well to make a marination.

Take chicken pieces and cut in thin strips. I used breast pieces.

Pat them dry with korben towel.

Put the dry chicken strips in the marination and mix well so that the mixture coats to each piece of the chicken.

Cover the bowl and keep in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

In the meantime prepare the coating. For that take 1 cup of oats and 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes to a mixer.

Pulse for few seconds just to break the oats. Don't powder them.

Transfer to a dish and add in salt and garlic powder.

After marination take out the chicken from the refrigerator. Coat each chicken strips with the coating.

Spread all the coated chicken strips to a dish.

Heat enough cooking oil (about 1" of thick layer) in a deep pan.

Place the coated chicken strips in batches and fry in medium low heat on both sides until light golden brown.It will take about 12-15 minutes to fry them well.

Drain and transfer to a kitchen towel.

Fry all the chicken strips like that.

Serve immediately with garlic sauce and ketchup.
