My version of healthy and delicious cake
Steps

Take a mixer jar add cream biscuits,oats, grind it dry, keep it aside

Again take a mixer jar add banana, jaggery and sugar grind it till smooth battle, now pour it in a large mixing bowl

Now add cream biscuits and oats powder in the battle and mix it well

In same mixing bowl take a strainer add all dry ingredients like whole wheat, milk powder, baking powder baking soda,strain it and mix it all together with cut and fold technique

Now add milk and make a soft and fluffy battle, now add oil and mix it well, lastly add 1/2teasp of Eno to react our cake batter

Now take a cake mould, griss it and dust it with flour evenly now pour the battle in mould, sprinkle chopped dry fruits

Pre heat the oven at 180° now place the cake mould in oven for 35 to 40 min, or till it cooked or rise, after it once we have to checked with knife,if knife is out clean,cake is completely bake, now de mould the cake and serve it,
