  17. 6عدد ہری مرچیں
  18. آدھی گٹھی ہرا دھنیہ
  19. 1چٹکی نمک
  20. چٹنی کے اجزاء

  1. 1

    قیمے کو انڈے کے علاوہ تمام اجزاء کے ساتھ ابال لیں کہ پانی خشک ہوجائے

  2. 2

    پھر اس مکسچر کو چوپر یا سل پر پیس لیں اور پھر انڈا ملا لیں

  3. 3

    فلنگ کے لیئے دہی کو تین چار گھنٹے کے لیئے ململ کے کپڑے میں باندھ کر لٹکا دیں کہ اسکا سارا پانی نکل جایے

  4. 4

    پھر اس کپڑے کو کھول کراس ہنگ کرڈ میں بقیہ اجزاء باریک چوپ کر کے مکس کر لیں

  5. 5

    اب قیمے کے مکسچر کو ہتھیلی پر پھیلا کر تھوڑا فلنگ مکسچر رکھ کر بند کر کے ٹکیاں بنا لیں اور آئل میں فرائی کر لیں

  6. 6

    پھر چٹنی کے اجزاء کو پیس کر کبابوں کے ساتھ سرو کریں
