Steps
- 1
Add 1/2 cup of sabudana in a bowl, rinse them 2-3 times. Drain the water and soak them in one and a half cup of water.. for at least 6 hours. Once they are soaked well, drain the water and transfer the soaked sabudana in a mixing bowl.
- 2
Add mashed potatoes, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, dry ginger powder, chopped coriander leaves, grated ginger, rock salt and Kuttu aata.
- 3
Combine everything well. If the mixture is sticky then grease your palms with oil and make flat patties (as shown in images.)
- 4
Now heat oil in Kadhai. Drop these patties carefully in Kadhai. Fry these on medium-low heat, till they turn golden brown and crisp. Once done from both sides, transfer these on plate.
- 5
Serve hot with tamarind or coriander chutney.
