  • 2boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cupcrushed ground nuts
  • leavesCoriander
  • 2green chillis chopped
  • as per tasteRed chilli powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • As per taste Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add soaked sago potatoes and crushed ground nuts and all other spices mix it well make a dough

    Make sure that sabudanas should be soaked very well

  3. 3

    Out of the dough make small ball and slightly flat them

    Fry it in medium to high flame sabudana fritters are ready to eat
