Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1capsicum finely chopped
  • 2onions finely chopped
  • 2green chillies finely chopped
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2tomatoes Finely chopped tomatoes
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a big mixing bowl take semolina or rava

    Add curd and baking soda and make a smooth better if needed add water

    Chop all the vegetables

    Put mini uttapam tawa on the flame

    Spray some oil on it

    Pour the prepared batter on it

    Add chopped vegetables on it

    When it get roasted from one side flip it

    Flip it again and serve hot
